Romeo and Juliet Rap

Fri, 05/26/2017 - 08:05 -- edb227

As I came to Juliet,

She explained without a sweat,

Did not sound pretty lewd,

She wants to sleep in solitude.

And as I went into her room,

She was fulfilled with gloom,

She said with a groan,

She wants to sleep all alone.

Juliet went to her room

The potion, she came to keep,

The tiny drink to consume

She was already to sleep

And as she looked into the bottle

Whether after a hit,

will she come into a waddle

Chances she might get lit

And as she was just about ready to get some rest,

She saw Tybalt as a ghost, on a searching quest,

And as silent as a cricket,

Told Tybalt to quit it,

she drank the strange liquid,

did not get addicted,

Not a drop on her blouse,

Drink in honor of her spouse.

But she did not know the potion was full of taint,

And at the end of Scene three, she then began to faint.

As our group agreed on to making a little change,

We noticed other groups were doing the exact same thing. How strange!!

How other groups have decided to rap,

But by the time this rap’s done, groups are yellin “Oh Snap”.

Its weird how some people are not being unique,

Just standing here, using my poetic technique,

I would love to say some more, but I think that’s enough,

But let’s move on to Scene 4, so we can hear their stuff.
