29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle 

and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Choice 

Can a man be crushed by some around

or is it his … to allow that sanction?

Men can stomp you in the ground

or can they really without your granting?

Temporal, yes! When you trust them.

When you relied on their support.

But for how long becomes the question,

before you fight back to be crushed no more.

There is no shame being destroyed.

Just part of life or death's collection.

May-be to all … the lowly employed,

give all for other's satisfaction.
