Revelation 18:21 New King James Version (NKJV)

Finality of Babylon’s Fall

21 Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying,

“Thus with violence the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore.

We are gathered here together to pay final respects

To humanity gone wrong in their enjoyment of desires

It is not a point of whether or even deep neglect

It is just this throng loves wallowing in the mire

Depravity elevated to an idol as most bow down for compromise

The absolutes of God made idle as own wishes are fortified

Not much left to do than peddle our self-made religion as advice

For all to follow through and settle in this invented “truth” magnified

Marching down the street in our own parade as a Royal self-appointed

Searching for admiration in this world of fake and spiritually totally disjointed

For every good cause too late and too blind to be disappointed

Artificial happiness on your plate for you to swallow so to feel anointed
