Stealing Kisses

Location

The clock ticks,

As I wait in silence

We steal kiss after kiss but it’s never enough

The first text after you leave,

Always;

“I miss you.”

How can two souls so meant for each other live apart?

Seconds down the road turn into miles.

I feel the distance closing in.

Until the next night you come over

And we steal kiss after kiss.

Until the clock strikes midnight.

I may be no Cinderella but you are my Prince Charming,

So until tomorrow we shall wait,

Sneaking text in work and class,

Can’t bare to be away.

Until we can steal just one more kiss.
