From where does this come at such an untimely season?

Falling; the helpless plight of those under Gravity’s power

The inevitable call to ground from which all men originate

Falling; the joy of and yearning for closeness

Naïve and shallow are the definitions youth have for love according to their passions

 

Love; a personal decision for selflessness

Objective and cold, love is made general to remove the dangers of emotion

Love; the power that overcomes the instinct of self-preservation

An element of emotional compulsion towards romance and intimacy

 

Romance; the impulse to communicate affection

Limited according to weakness, a casualty of the war between flesh and Spirit

Romance; the throbbing anxiety that warns of unrighteousness

Consistent love is impossible because of the reality of brokenness

Fear; the intersection between responsibility and brokenness

Love; a personal decision to trust in God to be unrighteous

Holiness; love not abandoned, but returned to its author
