I feel the pressure, day in and day out

On the stage where I can be myself

A place where I feel loved and supported

I feel like i have nothing holding me back

With more friends than i could ever want

With a path for my future paved

With Tech

With production

Or even on stage

Theatre is where i camand the stage

For acting is a life, not just a style

For now I have a sense of working on time  

And working with many personalities

Theatre with more has given me a door

From Carolina to beyond the shores

But as the stage lights go out

I’ll no doubts, of never backing down again
