Understanding

So Black!

So Red!

So Green!

What do these colors mean

Green is the wide open field

Where we lay most of our scene

Not a want or a will

But only a desire not to feel the

lashful feel

row after row

they never seem to end

to lend a hand to a hand

for which work had to be done

even as the weakness crept over

their bodies

and the sweat raced down their face

as everyone stood on the green

they thanked God for his amazing grace

So Black!

So Red!

So Green!

How does red fit in the scene

Brought high up above the head

Then down with a quick motion past

The feet

Mother could only hopefully and helplessly watch and weep

RED, for the blood they shed

RED, for the love ones dead

RED, for the stories untold

RED, for the other sold

Red is gone be

Just as long as it can be

Until someone is ready to stop it

So Black!

So Red!

So Green!

What do you think black means

Black is not for but is the people

The people who burned from the

envious sun

the people who suffered because of

the wrong things done

the people who were mighty,

fearless and brave

we are the people who

reap the paths they paved

Now Black,

Now Red,

Now Green,

There are no more questions

Because I know what everything means

Without the black

There would be no red

Without no red there would be

No blood shed

Without the green there would be

No place to lay a scene

Without the scene there will be

No mean
