Untitled

Unbridled

Blank page

I can do whatever I want to

It's brand new

Crisp and clean

Ready to made a mess of

Or to have fun

Maybe scrapped completely

Or kept in my heart

Till the end of time

I can rhyme

Or I don’t have to

It’s all up to me

I'm in control for once

This is my domain

There are no rules

Or other peoples constraints

Set on me

I’m in complete control

There’s no one to tell me what is wrong

No one can tell me what is wrong with it

or to say

that whatever way I do this,

It'll blow up

in my face.

Untitled

Unbridled

Fingers dancing

On a keyboard

Or ballpoint pen

Pressed hard

Onto college ruled

Looseleafs

Loosely

Choosing

Different words

Not a big deal

If they don't fit

Completely;

Because I can change

The rhythm up

Because I’m in control

No one can tell me what to fix

I’m in control here

Written word is my best

Way

To freedom

These words

Are things I can never say to them

They’d tell me what is wrong with it

What is wrong with this

What is wrong with that

What is wrong with me
