We Are Not Our Faces

Exposing my face on Facebook,
or tweeting my teeth on twitter.
That is not who I am really.

To get to know me will take you,
To look beyond the pictures on the Instagram.
Now Pintrest pins my pants,
Because my face defines what attracts to me.

If my face is the attraction,
Then my face is the deception.
Because who we are, has many faces,
But these faces are not who we are,
Because we are not our faces.
