Well Being

You need bandaging

You want to be bent into four and bundled into quilted blankets

To be with yourself and build up a burning heat

To sweat out the beast’s waste

And the baggage, the bombast, the bruises on your internal organs

Until your body is clean

Warmth blooms in your breast

Then you can be born again out of the bulging woolen womb

And breathe
