Who

You’re just who you think you are

And wide eyes wish on a pale star

Ask for forgiveness and for change

Ask again

But don’t give a name

Who you think you are

One night’s dream away
Who you think you are

Is not who you really are

It’s everything you say

And how you move

The way

You think

And what

You do

You are just what you are

That nightmare midsummer

You are just what you did

That nightstand frozen dinner

Couch and glass bottles

Red mouth, you model

Yourself after the television

And that faint vision

Of who you might become

One day with the rising sun

Who you think you are

One night’s dream away
Who you think you are

Is not who you really are

It’s everything you say

And how you move

The way

You think

And what

You do
