Why Don’t You Just Say No?

“The foundation of a house cannot say no.

It cannot crumble just because it is tired.

It cannot take a break when it is stretched far too thin.

It cannot take it easy when it is on the verge of collapsing.

For it is the foundation.

The foundation of a house must be strong through it all.

This is all it knows how to do.”
