Your eyes wake the sky at night
Leaving no man rest when he sees them
He lays in bed looking at his thoughts with one picture to hold onto
Your eyes for ever seek one man to hold his time like a dead old clock
He sits and stares in confusion at the thought of loving you
Still he can't know why

It is a girl he hardly knew
In a crazy world we live in
He met her back in her high school
Her heart still free from his one Tin
Looks to him as if to say: "yes"

Your mind breaks the normal gates
Leaving no man knowledge he'd love to know
He lays in bed looking at his state
Realizing it's hell when he had to blow away from you
Your words are like little hooks that grab the head and heart of a man forever being reeled in and cast away.
Thoughts of loving you
Still he can't know why
This poem is about:
Me
My family
