Secondary English Language Arts teacher, poet and writer of fiction, and founder of Sylmar PASSION, Tom Adams is a lifelong advocate of all things literacy. He earned his BA in English at UCLA in 1980, an MS in Ed Admin in 1993, and an MA in Secondary English Education in 2013. He is most recently published in "Coiled Serpent/Poets arising from the cultural quakes and shifts of Los Angeles" (Tia Chucha Press) and has lived in Simi Valley since 1998.
