I knew he would be bad for me.I knew his gentle touch would one day make me bleed. Shining barely out of reach.I prayed for him to see me, waiting patiently.
I used to swim by Scotland's coast. Gliding carefree, quiet as a ghost. It's the serenity I miss the most. They called me the Lochness Monster.   They'd run away when I would splash.
Pan is what they used to call me, short for panic if you will. Back when my domain was endless and vast and all my friends came out to play. But then these humans decided what they were given wasn't enough.
Am I Alone? With the deep dark pits of home. Am I present within the forge. Will I blend into the shadows where nobody sees? Will I have a future queen? But I will  I believe in hope
