The Epiphany of a Witness

Sat, 11/09/2013 - 11:27 -- Bre C

Stuff and Slammed into lockers

Walking down the hall with their heads down

Hoping that the other kids don't bother them

To scared to fight back

So they don't even bother

The fact that I sometimes see this

And sometimes I'm to scared to speak up

The fact that I sometimes see this

And I say

WHY??

What is the drive behind what you do

When did it become cool to bully kids like I see some do

What so wrong with YOUR life

That you have to take it out on kids that can't fight

Well I'm sick and tired of what I see

Just wanted to let you know this is the new me

Now, if you mess with him, or her, or them, you now have to deal with me

Just like you have your crew I got mine

And I dare you to cross any line of mine

For I WILL start a movement THE movement to end all

Of the bullying, the verbal abuse, the put down just so you can stand "tall"

But will that be enough?
