I.

Location

I have never found more inspiration

Than in the cliff that I stood upon

Ready to throw my body off

But the cliff stood still

Patient

There was nothing that it could say

But oh, what it could show.

There were scars across its face

And the cliff stood still

Patient

There were rocks chipped on its surface

It could soon fall as I was about to

But the cliff did not seem to mind

The cliff stood still

Patient

I had scars, and my body was chipped

Just like the cliff I stood upon

But all at once I did not mind

I stood still

Patient
