I'll Never understand

Sitting against our coffee table

I let out a sigh

I'll never understand what my mom see's in this movie

The movie is near ending

I'm near rejoicing

Yet somehow my mom is crying

Time pasts

I'm bored

I go to the closet and pull out "Miss Potter"

I guess I'll give it another try

Skipping the previews

I glance boredly at the cover

I'll never understand what my mom see's in this movie

Now the movie is nearing again

I'm near rejoicing

Yet somehow I am crying

I totally understand what my mom saw in this movie

This poem is about:
Me

I've felt like I have always been the same person, yet when I rewatched that movie I realized I had a different set of eyes. Growing up has changed me.
