Invisibly in Love

The heart follows the flow
collecting grip of each artery and capillary.
The silent drum pacing a beat
like a cloud staying still.
Will it ever be still?
With the smooth blood flow,
it was undeniably hard to keep things so handy.
With you next to me,
a series of nerves giving courage
a dance of fingers, creeping its way to your hand,
following the rythm of your soft skin.
The touch felt like lying on a soft mat
until you're drowning to the rough floor.
A soft touch
that embraces arms fading into thin air.
I didn't even know the feel.
A heart melting from metal state,
and it never been the same to feel.

I can't pull the sun back
when it had already set.
I can play with the path of my soul,
but cannot let it hold for long.
I was drawing a life, a young love life
yet I didn't spare enough time to face it.
It was my brain's thoughts, the heart's race
under an unsettled pace.
And it remained, a love I've never seen.
