A Mother's Love

A thousand words could not bring you back...

I know because I tried.

Not even a thousand tears could bring you back...

I know because I tried.

Although your soul is at rest, and your body is free from all the pain,

The world would be like heaven if I had you back again.

Your always in my thoughts no matter where I go, always in my heart,

Because I loved you so.

However long my life might last, whatever land I view, whatever joy or grief is mine,

I still remember you.

If at times I may have seemed ungrateful, I want to say, "I truly hope you see,

That nothing you have done has been forgotten, and day by day you just mean more to me.

You left me beautiful memories, your love is still my guide, and though I cannot see you,

Your always at my side.
