Hiding behind the masks we've created,
No longer able to recognize...
Maybe you're the reason

Maybe its not the lack of oxygen
But the lack of your presence

The cats got my tongue
But i wasnt at a loss for words
I didnt lose them
They were stolen
I was silenced
All I've ever wanted
Was to go places,
Meet people,
And learn as many thing about as many things as i could.
I wanted experiences,
Moments...
I was terrified to confide in you,
Letting you in meant letting secrets loose.
Trust not being something I was used to,
But I couldn't hide...
