This is a message in a poem I've written,
About the things you have to consider before I let you in.
Before you get interested in me,
Check my background and you'll see.
a spark.
In my eye,
In my laugh,
In my intelligent sprawl.
I'm told I hold this minute catalyst
in the simple moves of my frame. but no,
my life, my story. I'd know if it were so.
a spark,
Dear Insecurities,
You are constantly trying to get a hold of me.
Drowning me in my thoughts of you.
You've succeeded.
You've taken the life out of the most beautiful parts of my soul,
but you've also failed.
