What can I be? Shall I be another person, Wasted talent on a fast-food job, Living paycheck to paycheck, No smiles, only dread, Another lifeless body roaming the streets.  
My mom and my dad were looking at each other. I knew it had to be serious. Dad always blinked a lot when he was scared or nervous. He also tapped his foot on the floor.   He looked older when he didn’t smile.
Stone, I waited on the couch, Listening with every fiber of my being. Unmoved, I squeezed tight my breath, Hoping to hear words which weren’t there.                                 But the words that were there
Life was taken away too quickly, No one knows why it had to be, It left a hole in our hearts, We remember the life that touched us so deeply.
One day my whole life changed Everything around me was suddenly rearranged When I heard what happened It was was worse than I could have ever imagined You were gone in a blink of an eye
7:30, i hit the button.By 8, i'm out the house. Running late but still get coffee.Nothing's stopping me now.On the the way to class, i saw my friend.It looked like she had cried.
A hard world we live in today It's almost like the ultimate video game But unlike a game there is no resetting No pausing And definitely No extra lives But these harsh realities are often ignored
If innocence were bottled up in human form, she would be the epistle within Her chestnut hair glistens underneath the morning sun Her dark eyes possess a thousand, mystifying riddles
I will never understand why you died Yes I know the reason why Someone bullied you And said mean things about you But why did it affect you You are beautiful And you are smart
